Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all Village Concierge services. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Clients who cancel more than seventy-two (72) hours before their consultation may reschedule their appointment, subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
